Mark started his Central Illinois journey at a HS Biology Teacher, Coach and do everything at Blue Ridge HS, and then on to Normal Community HS.  During this span, Mark obtained his real estate license to help out some collegues and to obtain some investment properties of his own.  Within a few years, Mark was selling more than the average full-time Realtor was in BloNo and in 2008, he made the move to a full-time Realtor.  The rest is history as Mark became the top individual Realtor at then Prudential Snyder Real Estate and captured numerous Realtor of the Year awards for top seller in the brokerage.  In 2012, Mark was the top seller in all of BloNo and needed to assemble his own team.  It started with a full-time assistant, but then blossomed into a growing entourage of superb Realtors, all having their own niches within the microeconomy of McLean County.  Mark has his hand in every listing his team markets and provides sound mentoring and coaching to all those on his team.  Mark is annually recognized as a top Realtor in the entire Berkshire Hathaway North America network and his team ranks in the top 1% each and every year.  The beauty of the Mark Bowers Team is there is no home or client too small or too big to service.  We sell $10k lots and $1 MIL + homes and large tracks of farmland.  Mark is as patient or aggressive as you need him to be and there's no better negotiator in the business.  Reach Mark today to see how much your business means to him!
